Our trial practice includes trust & estate litigation, prosecuting ART claims, and guardianship proceedings.

When it comes to family, emotions run high, but long-term preservation of relationships and assets is an important priority. The best option can be to handle the dispute outside of the courts. Mediation allows the parties to reach an acceptable agreement and participate in their process, resolving their own disputes with the assistance of counsel. Our mediation experience includes representing parties in private mediations and acting as a mediator for commercial disputes.

Arbitration is also a helpful mechanism in resolving disputes, and we are always looking for ways to create a workable solution that serves our clients’ interests.
